Xpediator says talks with takeover consortium 'ongoing'

Xpediator PLC – Braintree, England-based freight services provider - Says that takeover talks with consortium, which includes its former chief executive Stephen Blyth "remain ongoing". Takeover Panel extends deadline for submissions to be made until February 14. Blyth is not the only shareholder in the consortium. Cogels Investments Ltd is managed by Baltcap.
