Starship's flight test did not end there. It experienced an unscheduled rapid disassembly just before stage separation.
It has been a very long time since this test flight took place. SpaceX, Elon Musk’s company, is getting ready to launch its Starship spacecraft for the second consecutive week atop the Super Heavy rocket. The launch window opens at 0928 ET (828 CT) for the spacecraft that will be launching from SpaceX Starbase, Boca Chica Village in Texas. According to the flight plan the Super Heavy rocket is going to boost Starship into space, and then, after separation attempt a controlled splashdown in the Gulf of Mexico. Musk said that the odds of his spacecraft reaching orbit at its launch are 50-50.
