Production agency Zealot signs lease at Hollywood Entertainment Plaza
Jamison has renovated the property, including the faade, lobby, elevators, common areas, and spec suites.

Zealot, a creative marketing and production agency, is moving its Los Angeles offices to Hollywood. The company signed a lease on the top floor of Hollywood Entertainment Plaza.
Zealot is moving from its previous location in Culver city to occupy 13,000 sq ft of space within a newly-built, custom-built, creative office on the 11th Floor. This will include private offices, editing areas, multiple meeting and conference rooms, lounges, an open kitchen, and a large, multipurpose room.
The property is located at 7080 Hollywood Boulevard. The property, located on the Hollywood Walk of Fame recently underwent an extensive renovation worth millions of dollars by developer Jamison. Jamison has completed a facelift of the building, a new lobby and elevators as well as a revamped common area and creative spec rooms.
Zealot, the winner of the Promax Agency of the year award for 2022, has created trailers, TV spots, and digital campaigns, including those for 'Air, 'Scream VI, 'Alice, Darling, 'Triangle of Sadness,' and squid game.
The company has offices in London as well as its New York headquarters.
Ben Silver of JLL and Greg Astor of The Passman Group represented Jamison, and David Passman and Rick Mitchell from The Passman Group were representing Zealot.
The 170,000 square foot Hollywood Entertainment Plaza was built in 1972 and is located on the western end of Hollywood Walk of Fame, near La Brea Avenue. It's within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including the TCL Chinese Theater and Dolby Theatre.
