This is not an offer for Units to be sold. It is also not a solicitation to offer Units to purchase in any area where such an offer is not allowed. It is impossible to predict whether a Fund will be able achieve its investment goals or structure its portfolio as planned. Your financial advisor may have copies of disclosure documents for the Funds.

Forward-looking statements include statements made in this news release, such as those identified with the expressions "expect", "intend", and "will" to the extent that they relate to Funds. Forward-looking statements do not reflect historical facts, but rather reflect the current expectations of each Fund, PIMCO Canada, and/or PIMCO regarding future events or results. These forward-looking statements involve risks and uncertainties that may cause actual results to differ materially from expectations. This includes market factors. PIMCO Canada, the Funds and/or PIMCO believe that the forward-looking assumptions are reasonable. However, these statements do not guarantee future performance. If you sell or purchase Units on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the TSX'), your broker will typically charge brokerage fees. Investors may be charged more for Units if they are sold or bought on the TSX. However, the net asset value of Units may be less when they are sold or purchased. Owning Units comes with ongoing expenses and fees. Investment funds must prepare disclosure documents which contain key information about their fund. These documents contain more information about the Funds. You cannot guarantee the performance of investment funds. Their values can change often and their past performance may not repeat.
Each Fund is an investment fund that can be closed-end exchange traded. Closed end funds are not offered continuously, unlike open-ended funds. Shares of closed end funds can be sold on the stock exchange after the initial public offering. For additional information, contact your financial advisor.
The prospectus contains a summary of all the risks associated with investing in any Fund. Closed end funds often trade at a discount relative to their net assets value which can increase the risk of losing units. Distributions are not guaranteed, and can be changed or eliminated at any time.
