6 investors contributed USD 1.28 million to the INVL Partner Global Infrastructure Fund I. It invests in an infrastructure fund managed by a top asset manager. INVL is the largest investment management and life insurance company in the Baltic region. The INVL's Head of Private Equity, Vytautas Plaksnis, says that investors in this fund can not only diversify their investments and lower the inflation impact, but also get the opportunity to invest in a global fund that has most of its assets in the US or the UK. The INVL Partner Global Infrastructure Fund I raised USD 40.525 million after the latest offering of investment units ended on 16 Dec. The INVL Family Office distributes the units on a regular basis. The fund's minimum investment is USD 145,000, and it has a lifetime of 50 years. However, investors have the possibility to realize their investments sooner. Investors can expect a substantial return if they have a portfolio that is geographically diverse and diversified according to deal size. The strategy for investing in infrastructure assets is based upon long-term investments and high-quality infrastructure in OECD members states.
