I Love Coffee, but I Gave It Up for MudWtr. Don't Make My Mistake.
MudWtr is a mix of tea, cacao, spices, and powdered mushrooms. The coffee nerd grudgingly set it aside for a week and found that it was a great alternative to coffee.

Only then can the day start. It's not something everyone enjoys. It takes time to make coffee. Too much or too little caffeine can cause headaches, jitters and inability to focus. Although I have never experienced caffeine withdrawal myself, I have had the unfortunate experience of experiencing withdrawal symptoms on rare occasions.
Nonalcoholic craft beer, Instagram-friendly virgin cocktails, and numerous new-school coffee options have been introduced for those who are tired of the negative effects of alcohol. MudWtr, or "mud water", is perhaps the most prominent. Its minimalist packaging recalls both RxBars' stripped-down honesty and Soylent's cold industrial chic.
MudWtr was my favorite coffee substitute and I knew it was time to give it a shot. Although I wasn't interested in substituting coffee, I knew that MudWtr was something I could try. I could live with it for one week and then decide for myself.
