A joint venture of Investika – a Czech retail investment fund – and Bud Holdings – a Luxembourg-based private equity firm, became the new owners of Face2Face's entire Campus in Katowice. Echo Investment has signed a sale agreement for a modern office complex that includes two buildings and a green patio. This unique green space is a sign of high sustainability standards. This deal, which was more than EUR 100 million, confirms the potential for commercial real estate in the Polish region markets. The Face2Face Business campus in Katowice is made up of two buildings that cover 47,000 square meters of modern office space. Nearly 100% of the complex is leased to reputable tenants such as Honeywell, DAZN and Orange, Medicover Polska and CitySpace. Face2Face Business Campus is a unique space that offers an exclusive recreation area in the heart the city. It features high-quality architecture and best-in class workspace solutions. The campus is located in the heart of Katowice's office hub, along Chorzowska Street.
